This PCMM Manual is effective January 2026. The manual will be reviewed and updated on a recurring basis, not less than every twenty-four (24) months, to ensure continued alignment with applicable laws, regulations, institutional priorities, and operational practices.

Revisions may be issued more frequently as necessary to address regulatory changes, organizational updates, or process improvements. The most current version of the manual will be maintained on this website and supersedes all prior versions.
